Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Seforma app and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Seforma, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Seforma is operated from Cyprus; contact us at support@seforma.app.

What Seforma is

Seforma is a marketplace that connects you with independent fitness studios in Cyprus. The classes are provided by the studios, not by Seforma. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment, but the studio is responsible for the class itself, including instruction, premises, and your safety.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login secure.
• You may browse as a guest, but booking requires an account.

Bookings & payments

• Class prices are set by the studios and shown before you book.
• You pay by card in the app, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Your card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Seforma.
• A confirmed booking reserves your spot for the specific class and date shown.
• The studio receives the payment and Seforma retains a service commission; you are charged only the advertised class price.

Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the class for a full refund to your card. Cancelling less than 12 hours before the class, or not showing up, forfeits the class price. Studios may set their own additional rules. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in physical activity at your own risk and within your ability. Consult a doctor if you are unsure whether a class is suitable for you.
• Follow the studio's rules and the instructor's guidance.
• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Studios' responsibility

The studio is solely responsible for delivering the class safely and as described, and for its premises, staff, and equipment. Any issue with a class should be raised with the studio; we will help where we reasonably can.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Seforma is not liable for the acts or omissions of studios, for injuries arising from participation in classes, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence), and your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

The Seforma name, app, and content are owned by Seforma or its licensors. You may use the Service for its intended purpose but may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.

Suspension & termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the courts of Cyprus, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
